Our Newsletter

From time to time, we receive questions from our customers about using our sites. Please let us know if your question is not answered below, and we'll add it right away. We've worked hard to make our site as easy as possible for you to use, but should you still encounter any difficulty, we hope you'll take a few minutes to read through the tips provided below.
We've built the site to be viewable in more modern browsers because modern browsers support more advanced functions, including JavaScript. JavaScript allows us to move things around the screen, change displays, and generally make our site more interactive and interesting. JavaScript is usually enabled by default in all browsers. If you have trouble using our menus, for example, most likely your browser's JavaScript has been disabled.
If it's been a while since you installed your Internet browser, we encourage you to upgrade to a newer version for an optimal online experience:
If you have already upgraded, and you still have difficulty using our site, make sure you have JavaScript turned in your browser's preferences panel.
Turning On (Enabling) Javascript
You might find it easier to set up a different browser for viewing our site. Many AOL users don't know they can simply download a different browser and configure it for use on the WWW at large. If you want to give this a try, you can select a browser to download via the links provided above.
Note: If this does not work for your version of Internet Explorer, selecting "Medium" from the dropdown "Reset Custom settings" menu will usually work.
Every off-site link should open a new browser window. You need only to close that window to stay at (or return to) our site. If you come upon a link that doesn't open a new window, simply use your browser's BACK button to return - then please let us know.
