Four Easy Ways To Become A Sponsor

 

1. Sponsor a Class or Workshop
   Sponsorships begin at $1,000
   The sponsorship will help secure the instructor and prepare the class materials. These sponsorships help us bring major authors and editors from New York. Sponsors will receive a thirty-minute private consultation with an editor who will have read the first 50 pages of their work. Sponsors receive recognition from the stage. Sponsor's name is included in the class description in the printed event program.
   
   
2. Sponsor a scholarship.
   You can be the benefactor of a scholarship for just $1,000. Name the scholarship for yourself, a loved one or as a memorial. Make a difference for a young, disadvantaged or minority writer. Receive recognition from the stage when scholarship sponsors and awardees are recognized at the event. Scholarships are given to students of all ages seeking to write for publication. Please write for rules. (And if you can't afford $1,000, consider contributing any amount to our general scholarship fund. It's 100% tax deductible!)
   
   
3. Host a SFWC Party, Luncheon or Breakfast Meal
   Sponsorships start at $4,500
   What fun! You can be the host of a breakfast ($4,500), luncheon ($7,500), or the opening gala ($10,000). All SFWC attendees and presenters are invited to your sponsored meal. (If the entire meal is not in your budget, you can provide a yummy dessert at a luncheon.) Here is what YOU get when you sponsor a meal:
   • Signage naming you as the sponsor
   • Recognition in the printed program
   • Recognition from the stage at the event
   • All of the benefits in our Sponsorship Benefit Program
   You can also sponsor a Table at lunch. For $450 for a round table of ten at lunch on Saturday or Sunday, we will post a sign on the table, visible to all, crediting the sponsor for that table. You can then invite any of the presenters or attendees to sit at your table!
                                     
   
4. Become an In-Kind Sponsor
   The conference accepts needed in-kind goods and services. That includes everything from printing services to gifts for our presenters. Please talk to us if you think you have something we need for the event!
